CLASS SCHEDULE FALL 2007

CAKE WRITING CLASS:
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th - 7 TO 8:30 P.M. $10

This class will teach you how to write on cakes in a professional way. You will be surprised how easy it is to write on cakes with only a
short time of instruction. ALL SUPPLIES ARE INCLUDED.

BEGINNERS CAKE DECORATING:
WEDNESDAYS, SEPT. 19th THRU OCT. 17th - 7 TO 9 P.M. $25
WEDNESDAYS, NOV. 7th THRU DEC. 12th - 7 TO 9 P.M. $25

This popular 5 week class will teach you all of the basics in the art of cake decorating. You will learn flowers like sweet peas, mums and
roses, as well as borders, novelty cakes and tips on baking, filling and icing cakes. A list of supplies needed is given at time of registration.

FALL & WINTER FLOWER MAKING CLASS:
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 2nd - 7 TO 9 P.M. $12

Learn how to make from icing, oak leaves, acorns and mums and arrange them on cakes. In addition, you will also learn a winter design
that combines pine cones and branches with holly berries, candles and poinsettias, all made from icing! All icing will be supplied.

You should bring with you to class:

A flower nail
6 disposable decorating bags
Spatulas
Tips # 5, 12, 15, 79, 102, 104, 233, and 352.

ADVANCED CAKE DECORATING:
MONDAYS, OCT. 22nd THRU NOV. 19th - 7 TO 9 P.M. $25

In this 5 week class you will continue to learn more about the fabulous art of cake decorating. You will learn more borders to use on the
sides of cakes, as well as borders that can trim your cake. You will learn flowers like daisies and carnations. You will also learn everything
you'll need to know to make, bake and decorate a beautiful tiered cake that will be completed on the last night of class. A list of supplies needed is given at time of registration.

BEGINNERS CANDY MAKING:
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 2nd - 12 TO 2 P.M. $12

This is a very popular candy class where people with little or no candy making experience can learn to make great homemade candy.
Candies that will be taught include: peanut butter cups, chocolate covered cherries, dipped pretzels, peppermint crunch, and more!! Students
will prepare all the candy and take home what they make. Class size is limited to 15 so sign up early. ALL SUPPLIES ARE PROVIDED.

CHILDREN'S GINGERBREAD HOUSE CLASS:
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 16th - 12 TO 1 P.M. $15

FOR CHILDREN 6 TO 12 YEARS OF AGE

A great class for children in which they will decorate a small gingerbread house. Each child will receive a pre-assembled gingerbread
house, icing and assorted candies. They will be shown some fun ways to make a gingerbread house for the holidays.

ICING ROSES FLOWER CLASS:
MONDAY, DECEMBER 17th - 7 TO 9 P.M. $12

Learn how to make the most popular of flowers for decorating cakes.

THINGS TO BRING TO CLASS:

1 pound of buttercream icing
Tips #10, 101, 102, 103, 104
Decorating bag with coupler
Flower nail
Wax paper squares (about 2" in size, will need about 20-30)

PLEASE NOTE: ALL CLASSES MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Unless you notify us at least 1 week prior to class or the class is canceled.

Class size is limited so please sign up early. If a class is canceled due to weather, we will notify you at least 1 hour before class is to start.
