For a layer in the middle of any cake, add 10% to the cake price:  Choose
from strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, pineapple, cherry, lemon.  
Chocolate or vanilla cream add 20%.

Prices include choice of yellow or chocolate flavored cake.  For an
additional $1.00 you choose marble, half & half, lemon, banana, spice,
strawberry, or orange flavored cake.
